A flat adductor pad for clients whose knees fall outward and need a stop on the lateral side to keep the leg in line. It is a Therafin foam pad built on a birch plywood base, so it holds its shape against sustained pressure over time.
The contact surface is reverse Dartex, which is low friction and easy to wipe down, and the back is faced in neoprene. Under the cover sits a medium visco foam layer that softens the initial contact so the pad does not feel like a hard edge against the leg.
The flat, rectangular shape is useful where a shaped pad would bear on a bony point or where the leg needs support across a broader area.
