Loose granules for the Stabilo positioning range, used to fill or top up a granulating insert. Over time an insert that is in daily use settles and loses a little of its firmness, and adding granules brings it back to the support level you originally set.
They are also useful when a client’s shape or needs change, since you can make a cushion firmer for a limb that needs holding or softer where the client needs to sink in a little more. That gives you room to adjust the system during review without replacing the cushions themselves.
Two pack sizes are available, so a household can keep a small amount on hand and a facility can buy the larger one for a whole set of cushions.
