This is the replacement foam inner for the Spex Manta back support, supplied on its own for cases where the shell and cover are still sound but the foam has compressed, split or been contaminated past cleaning.

The Manta uses a memory foam inner through the centre of the back support, which is what gives the client a comfortable contact surface against a solid shell. When that foam loses its resilience the support still holds posture but stops being pleasant to sit against, and clients start pushing away from it.

Replacing the inner brings the surface back without rescripting the back support or disturbing the lateral positions you have already set. The rear zip on the cover makes the swap straightforward, so it can be done in a service visit.
