Some clients need the Flex approach without deep shaping: a stable, adjustable base that accounts for a hip that will not reach ninety degrees, with moderate contour through the pelvis and thighs. That is the standard contour build of the Spex Flex cushion.
Underneath the foam sits a configurable positioning base. Wedges and pads can be added or moved to address asymmetric limited hip flexion, pelvic obliquity, hip abduction, internal rotation with tight hamstrings and leg length differences. You can make those changes in the room with the client sitting, and change them again when the presentation moves.
Top foam overlays spread pressure across the seated surface, and the bevelled front edge gives room for knee contractures. The cover is designed to take up the shape of whatever you have built underneath. Both a breathable outer cover and an inner incontinence cover come with it.
