Who it suits
Clients with moderate positioning needs who want a cushion that guides the pelvis and thighs while leaving room to move, supplied with a spare cover for households and care settings where the cushion has to keep working through the wash cycle.
The internals are modular. Dual layer foam blocks are moved or inverted to set hip flexion, control abduction, accommodate a windswept posture or take up a leg length difference, and the pelvic adjustment kit included in the box corrects an obliquity. An ischial well carries the sit bones without a firm rim around it.
Standard contour shaping gives a stable base while keeping the transfer surface open, which suits a client still doing their own sliding transfers.
