About this product

Hard alloy footplates are unforgiving on heels and the soles of feet, particularly for a client with poor sensation or fragile skin. This padding covers the footplate surface so the foot rests on something soft, which reduces the risk of a pressure problem developing where nobody is looking.

It is also worth fitting for clients with extensor spasms who bang their feet against the plate. Sizes are matched to the wheelchair seat width, so order to the chair and it drops straight on.
