A back support only works while its cover is intact. Once the fabric is stretched, torn or stained past cleaning, the contour underneath stops transferring properly to the client and hygiene becomes a problem. This spare outer cover replaces the one on a Spex Adapta3 back support with the tri angle adjustable shell and standard padding.
The Adapta3 is contoured by adjusting three shell sections, so the cover has to sit over a set curve without flattening it. This one is cut for exactly that shell and padding combination.
It is a sensible thing to hold in stock for clients in supported accommodation or school settings, where covers come off for washing regularly and a chair cannot sit idle waiting on a part.
