The continuous loop construction lets the carer move the client along the bed in one direction without repeatedly rethreading the sheet, and the webbing loops attach to a hoist spreader bar for assisted turns.
Repositioning is where a lot of carer back injuries start. Taking the pull out of the movement and putting it on the hoist protects the carer and gives the client a smoother, less alarming turn.
