Clients on continuous oxygen often give up going out because there is nowhere safe to put the cylinder. Resting it in a basket or wedging it beside the seat risks the bottle, the regulator and the client. This carrier holds the bottle upright in a cradle on the side of the scooter or powerchair, clear of the wheels and clear of the transfer side if you mount it on the other side.
A quick release clip holds the bottle in place and lets a carer swap cylinders without unbolting anything. It mounts to the standard walking stick holder socket and can go on the left or the right, so it works around an existing carrier or a hemiplegic client’s approach side.
The cylinder is not included.
