Built for services where the same scale has to weigh someone standing, someone seated and someone in a wheelchair, the seca 684 puts all three on one platform. A fold down seat swings out for a client who cannot stay on their feet, and the ramp lets a chair roll straight on.
The steel handrail wraps three sides of the platform, so a frail or bariatric client has something to hold whichever way they approach. A wheel barrier at the far edge stops a chair rolling through.
Staff will appreciate the display that swivels a full turn, so the reading can face the operator or be turned to the patient without moving anyone. Transport castors are built in, and results transfer directly into an electronic medical record.
