madita-fun mini is the early intervention seat. It starts small enough to be useful in the first year, and the gas spring height adjustment lets a carer bring the child up to the table or down to floor play without lifting them out.
Where hip development is a concern, the optional dysplasia seat holds the legs in an anatomically correct position rather than letting the hips drift. You can choose a short or a long backrest depending on how much trunk support the child needs now, with lateral pads for an upright position, a padded footplate, a height adjustable or three-dimensionally adjustable headrest, and armrests that adjust for height and width. A push handle and castors move it between rooms. Schuchmann put it at GMFCS levels III to V.
Children outgrow this one, and that is the point. Plan the move up to madita-fun as the child approaches the top of the seat width range.
