The Prodigy overlay is a three section air cell surface that sits on a hospital, care facility or home mattress. Each section is inflated and adjusted separately, so the surface can be matched to the client’s shape along the length of the body and changed again as they shift position over a day.
Two things make it easy to live with. It runs on air alone, so there is no pump noise, no heat under the client and no power bill. And it is light enough for one person to carry, which means it can move with the client between hospital, respite and home without buying a second surface for each place. A hand pump and repair kit come in the box.
