Sandals hold the feet in a set position on a standing frame, which is what stops a child pushing off into extension or rotating a leg out. These hinged sandals flip up so the feet can be strapped before the child is brought into standing, then fold down into place.
Straps are included. The hinge means one carer can manage the transfer and the foot set-up without a second pair of hands, which is often what decides whether a home standing programme actually happens.
