The pivot frame is for the client who needs to be tilted upright during a hoist transfer to keep their upper body stable. They are brought into a supported upright posture that is easier to breathe in and easier to place into a chair.
It takes four sling attachment points, two at the top and two in the lower centre, and works with pivot style slings. The frame is powder coated steel with a self skinning polyurethane cover that press fits over the metal, so there are no fabric seams to hold moisture and the whole thing wipes down between clients.
It is an Australian made accessory, and it can be used alongside a weigh scale attachment where weights need recording.
