The F3 Corpus is Permobil’s compact front-wheel drive chair, built for clients who need to work in tight spaces. Drive wheels at the front pull the chair into corners, which makes doorways, kitchens and getting close to a bench or desk far less of a negotiation than on a longer base.
Weight distribution and a low centre of gravity keep it settled on ramps and driveways, and the fully adjustable ComfortRide suspension can be tuned to the client’s weight and the ground they cover. The Corpus seating system brings power positioning with it: seat elevation for reach and eye-level conversation, and ActiveReach forward tilt so your client can get to something in front of them without leaning out of their support.
Corpus seating has been refined rather than replaced. Dual density backrest foam spreads contact across a wider surface, the redesigned Ergo seat pelvic well insert helps with pressure redistribution and peak pressures, and Stretch-Air covers are breathable and moisture resistant, which protects the foam underneath as well as the skin above it. The chair is connected from the factory through Power Platform and +Connect, so remote support and proactive servicing are available from day one, and the MyPermobil app reports battery range, distance and seating use.
