The Stellar HD is the bariatric chair in the Stellar family, built for clients whose weight and build put ordinary tilt frames out of scope. Heavy gauge steel reinforcement runs through the frame and through the components that take the load.
Several gas struts share the tilt, so a carer can bring a large client back into a tilted position without a fight. That matters where pressure care and repositioning happen several times a day and it is the same staff doing it each time.
Wide seat widths and deeper seats are available, and the chair can be ordered with manual dynamic recline, a Dynamic Rocker Back, and Easy-Out plug-in front rigging that adjusts with one lever and no tools.
