Plenty of clients sit reasonably well first thing and are leaning by mid-afternoon. The NXT Optima is aimed at exactly that pattern. It is a contoured back support on a lightweight aluminium shell, with the standard contour depth: enough shape to hold the trunk and discourage lateral drift, without the containment of the deep option.
The shell is filled with dual density foam and gel infused visco material, which helps manage heat build-up against the back over a long sitting day. It is shaped with a scapula cut-out so the shoulders stay free for propulsion, and a pelvic cut-out so the pelvis can settle back into the support instead of being pushed forward by the shell. The smartx3D antimicrobial cover wicks moisture away from the back.
QuickFit mounting is the practical part: height, depth, angle and rotation can be changed with the client still seated, which turns a fitting review into a five minute job rather than a workshop visit. Two point micro and four point hardware are available where a more rigid mount is wanted, and optional hardware lifts the rated weight capacity well above standard.
