Some children push a posterior walker faster than they can control it, and the walker gets away from them on smooth floors or a slight downhill. The Dial-A-Speed tabs let you dial in resistance at the rear wheels so the walker only rolls as fast as you set it.
That gives a child room to practise a controlled step pattern without chasing the frame, and it lets you wind the resistance back as their control improves. Supplied as a pair, and adjustable by hand once fitted, so a teacher aide or a parent can change the setting without calling anyone in.
