Moving someone up the bed, turning them, or sliding them across to another surface happens many times a day, and it is where carers hurt their backs. The Molift Repositioning Sheet puts those jobs onto the hoist.
The sheet stays fitted on the bed ready to use, so there is no rolling the person to put equipment underneath when the moment comes. Webbing is sewn along the edge of the sheet, which keeps the sleeping surface smooth and avoids a pressure ridge under the body. The straps are colour coded so two carers can call out the same loop on each side and get a level lift.
It is used for turning bed bound people, lifting higher in the bed, bed to bed transfers, changing linen and giving access for wound or skin care. This one is the grey standard length version, reaching to around knee level.
