About this product

Worn crutch grips get slippery and hard, and that shows up as hand pain and blisters for someone who is on crutches all day. These replacement hand grips are moulded from high density foam rubber and slide onto both aluminium and timber crutches.

Replacing the grips restores cushioning at the point where your client’s body weight goes through the palm, which is where most crutch related hand and wrist complaints start. Replacing the tips keeps a sound pair of crutches in service for very little outlay.

They come as a pair in grey, and they are a sensible thing for a hire fleet or a ward store to hold alongside spare tips and underarm pads, so a set can be refurbished between clients.
