The Marcy is an anterior walker for children taking their first attempts at walking, and this build adds the pieces that make those early attempts safer. Friction brakes on the rear wheels stop the frame running away. The anti rollback holds it when the child pauses or pushes back. Direction locks on the front wheels stop the castors from turning, so the walker tracks straight while the child is still learning to steer.
Forearm supports adjust in three dimensions, which lets you place the arms where they actually help rather than where the frame happens to put them. The wheelbase can be set short or long depending on whether you want a compact frame indoors or more stability. PU tyres roll quietly on hard floors and a storage basket comes as standard.
It suits children at GMFCS levels II to IV and the aluminium frame keeps it light enough for a parent to lift.
