Some clients will not wear a full chest harness. The JAY Contour anterior trunk support is shaped to reduce how much of the body the harness touches, which makes it a practical option for women and for anyone who finds a broad chest strap uncomfortable or intrusive.
It still does the job of an anterior support: it holds the client back against the backrest, stops the forward slump, and keeps the head and shoulders in a position where breathing and function are easier. Less contact area usually also means less heat and less pressure through the day.
Structured and dynamic builds are both available, the dynamic version giving with movement for clients with high tone. Sizes run from early intervention through to extra large, with long pad options and a custom route where needed.
