Lower limb positioning in bed, for clients who need the knees or heels held off the surface. The moulded shape lifts the legs into a therapeutic position and takes loading off the heels, sacrum and lower back during long periods of bed rest.
It is made from high-density charcoal infused ActiveX, which conforms slowly to the shape of the legs so contact area increases and pressure spreads. An anti-adduction ridge sits between the legs and raised side supports hold the limbs where you set them, which means less drift and fewer repeat adjustments for nursing staff.
Two angled profiles are moulded into the one unit, so you can choose the lift height that suits the client. It works across hospital wards, aged care, post-operative recovery and community pressure care.
