About this product

Opening a jar normally takes two hands: one to hold and one to twist. The Belliclamp takes over the holding. It hooks over the edge of a bench or table and the jar or bottle sits in a V shaped gap, clamped by an arm the client presses with their hip or stomach.

That leaves both hands, or one hand, free to turn the lid. It suits clients with hemiplegia, an upper limb amputation, arthritic hands or anyone whose grip cannot hold and twist at the same time. Non slip feet and a rubber lining keep the jar from spinning in the clamp.

The moulded plastic body is easy to wipe down and the white finish sits quietly in a domestic kitchen.
