The Etac Cloo raised toilet seat changes height by adding or removing spacers, and this set of four takes it to its highest setting.
It suits a client whose hip or knee range has reduced since the seat was first set up, or someone recovering from joint replacement surgery who needs to sit higher for a while. Raising the seat shortens the distance the person has to lower into and push up from, which often means less reliance on a carer.
Fitting needs no tools. The spacers go in under the seat unit and the seat clicks back on, so a support worker or a family member can change the setting at home as the client’s needs shift.
