About this product

This interface takes alarm information out of a Cura1 LRCS care station and sends it where staff actually are. It drives local alphanumeric pagers through a POCSAG transmitter, and it can feed a serial printer at the same time so every event is logged on paper as it happens.

For a facility, that log is often the reason to fit one. When a family or an assessor asks how long a call took to answer, a printed record of alarms and times answers the question without anyone reconstructing the night from memory.

The unit is a programmable ABS flange mount box that runs on low voltage DC with LED status indicators. Note that operating a POCSAG paging transmitter requires a licence from the ACMA in Australia.
