About this product

If you are setting up falls monitoring for one person at home or in a single room, the Cura1 3 Channel Cordless Falls Monitor gives you a small alarm unit that watches up to three cordless sensors at once. Pair it with a bed pad, a chair pad and a floor mat, and the one monitor covers the whole routine from waking to walking.

It re-arms on its own once the person settles back, so carers are not resetting it through the night. Three volume levels and an amber visual alarm let you tune the alert to the room, and the unit supervises its pads, so a fault gets reported and not left to go unnoticed. It runs on batteries or a plug pack, and it can be wired into a nurse call system where one is already in place.

For families and small care settings it is a sensible starting point: simple to set up, simple to hand over to the next carer, and quiet until it needs to be heard.
