About this product

This is the surcharge that applies when an order is paid by credit card. It covers the fee the card provider charges on the transaction and it is shown as its own line so the cost is visible and separate from the price of the equipment.

It only applies to card payments. Orders paid by bank transfer, by NDIS plan manager or under an approved account do not attract it, and for most funded clients no surcharge is involved at all.
