Bathing someone who cannot transfer into a bath is hard on carers and uncomfortable for the person when it is done at the wrong height. This bath trolley takes the person lying down and raises them to a working height, so washing can be done properly and the carer can stay upright.

The hydraulic version needs no power at all, so there is no battery to charge and nothing to go flat between uses. That suits a bathroom where the trolley may sit unused for stretches at a time, and a service that wants one less item on the charging routine.

A safety strap is supplied to hold the person secure while the trolley is raised and moved.
