About this product

A pedal exerciser for clients who need to keep moving but cannot manage a gym or a standing program. It sits on the floor in front of a chair for leg work, or on a table for arms and shoulders, so a home exercise plan can run in the lounge room with no set-up.

The resistance dial lets you start very light for a deconditioned client and wind it up as tolerance builds, which makes it easy to write into a graded program and hand over to a family carer. Pedal straps hold the feet in place for someone with limited ankle control.

It suits post-surgical reconditioning, circulation work for clients who sit for long stretches, and maintenance programs where the goal is regular repetition, not load.
