A mains charger with a remote indicator, for chairs where the charging socket sits somewhere awkward and the person doing the charging cannot easily see the unit itself. The remote lets charge status be read from where the client or carer actually stands.
That is useful in a small bedroom or a garage set up for charging, and for clients with low vision or limited trunk movement who cannot bend down to check a light on the floor. Knowing at a glance whether charging is finished avoids the common problem of a chair being unplugged too early and running short the next day.
