We listen, then advise.
A consultant for your region contacts you within one business day. We take the time to understand your client’s needs and your clinical goals before we recommend anything, and we arrange a trial where it helps, in the showroom or at home.

Quote, deliver and set up.
You receive an itemised, funding-ready quote with support item codes, a spec sheet and any measurements taken. Once approved we deliver, set up and train the person and their carers, and confirm it back to you.
Refer a client in two minutes. We do the trial, the home measure and the quote in the format the funder needs, and we keep you in the loop.

In the home
Any piece of equipment can be brought to the person’s home. For complex seating, powered mobility and paediatric equipment that is usually the best way to see it in the space it will be used.
In our showrooms
Launceston and Cambridge let you try the whole range in one visit: walkers, commodes, beds, hoists and chairs side by side, with a consultant on hand.
What it costs
Standard equipment trials are free of charge. Loan periods for evaluation can be arranged for scripted equipment.
Complex AT
Our complex AT consultants cover adult and paediatric seating, custom manual and powered wheelchairs, standing and walking devices, and ceiling hoist systems. They work with you on the assessment, the trial and the evidence the funder needs.
Hire for discharge and respite
Beds, mattresses, hoists, commodes and walkers are available for hire Tasmania-wide, delivered and set up. Call us for urgent discharge needs and we will tell you what can be delivered and when.
Home modifications
When the answer is a rail, a ramp, a bathroom change or a ceiling hoist install rather than a piece of equipment, our own licensed building crew does the work. Send the OT report and we arrange the site visit, scope and quote for NDIS, Home Care and Support at Home or DVA. Equipment and modification can be quoted together. See Home Modifications.
Education
We run product demonstrations and in-service sessions for therapy teams, hospitals and aged care providers, in person or online. Ask us about a session for your team.
