Some clients need the cushion adjusted once and then left alone. The Vicair Adjuster O2 works that way. You tune the compartments of air-filled SmartCells to the client’s shape at the fitting, and from then on the cells do the work as the person moves.
The adjustability is the point. Cells can be added to build height under one side, or taken out to drop a side, which is how an obliquity, a rotated pelvis or an amputation gets accommodated. The pre-ischial section at the front helps keep the client back in the seat and cuts shear through the day.
It is supplied with the reversible cover, and it comes in a wide spread of widths and depths, so it can be matched to a chair already in service.
