Under the cover, compartments of air-filled SmartCells give immersion around the sitting bones and let you adjust support side to side. That covers pelvic obliquity, amputation, spasticity and the fixed asymmetries that come with long term neurological conditions.

The cushion is machine washable throughout, which keeps it practical in aged care, supported accommodation and any setting where a cushion is cleaned often.
