A client’s needs rarely stay still. Skills improve, environments change, and a chair that was right at discharge can be wrong a year later. The Quickie 5R is built to move with that: it offers a high level of adjustment without giving up the feel of a true rigid chair.
The open frame carries over the ride quality and geometry people liked in the GT, with a swept back hydro-formed castor link that smooths things out and tidies the look. Two frame lengths are available: the Classic for maximum stability, and the shorter Performance frame for a more responsive chair. The centre of gravity adjusts continuously, and backrest height and angle can be changed, so a seating position can be refined over time instead of locked in at handover.
The swept back axle plate comes in two lengths, giving the vertical adjustment range a client needs without carrying hardware they do not. There are plenty of frame colours to choose from.
This is a highly configurable chair with a long options list.
