About this product

The Rove Axis is a rigid frame manual wheelchair made to measure in Melbourne from carbon fibre tube joined by 3D printed titanium lugs. Every chair is built to one person’s measurements, so nothing has to be packed out or padded to make it fit.

Who it suits

It suits an active full time wheelchair user who self propels all day and wants the lightest frame they can get, particularly someone loading a chair into a car on their own. The open frame keeps the transfer path clear, and the outer surfaces are smooth, so there is nothing to catch on clothing, upholstery or a door frame.

The flip chip axle system lets you change axle position, camber and wheel offset after delivery, which matters when a client’s technique or shoulders change over the years. Air mesh upholstery was chosen with Australian summers in mind and breathes well in a Tasmanian one too.

We are Tasmanian owned, so measuring, ordering and fitting all happen locally.
