About this product

In bed repositioning is where a lot of carer injuries start. The Arjo Turning Flite is a single patient use turning sling that lets a carer roll someone who is lying on their back using the ceiling hoist or mobile lifter, without log rolling by hand.

Because each sling stays with one person and is thrown away when it is finished, soiled or damaged, there is no laundry loop and no cross contamination risk between clients. That makes it a sensible choice for palliative settings, infection control situations and short term care at home.

The narrow shape leaves skin exposed either side, so pressure area checks, wound care and hygiene can be done while the person is held on their side. Supplied as a box of five.
