Feet that slide off a footplate take the whole standing position with them. These straps hold each foot down on the plate so the child keeps even weight through both legs and the alignment you set at the hips and knees holds for the session.
This version uses a plastic lock, which is the one to choose for a child who has worked out how to undo their own straps, or where hook and loop has stopped gripping after repeated washing.
They suit the R82 standing and positioning range, so a service running several frames can keep one type of foot strap across the fleet.
