Thigh high stockings that slide down get abandoned, and a garter belt is not an option for many clients. It Stays is a roll-on body adhesive that holds hosiery, arm sleeves and support garments against the skin.

The client rolls it onto the skin, turns the top band of the stocking down, applies the adhesive around the leg and presses the band back into place. It is odourless and washes off with soap and water, so it does not leave residue on the garment or the skin.

It is worth considering for clients whose garments have no silicone band, for anyone who cannot manage a belt, and for arm sleeves that migrate during the day. Because it removes one of the common reasons clients stop wearing compression, it is a small purchase that protects a much larger one.
