Pillow height is a fitting problem, not a comfort preference, and it changes with posture, shoulder width and whether a client sleeps on their back or side. Pillow Perfect is built so it can be adjusted: the memory foam filling comes out in handfuls, so the height and the firmness can be dialled in for the person using it.

That makes it a practical option where a clinician wants to test different neck positions, or where a client’s needs shift after surgery or during a flare. Once it is right, it stays right, and it can be changed again later without replacing the pillow.

The shredded memory foam conforms to the head and neck and suits front, side and back sleeping. The outer cover is removable for washing.
