The mini kit takes the small Activity Chair down to a size that works for a baby or a very young toddler, from roughly eight months of age. It is the way to start supported sitting early without buying a chair the child will outgrow in a year.
The kit brings the trunk support in close and adds a thinner backrest pad, so the boundaries sit where a small body actually needs them. The child gets an upright, supported position for feeding, play and family mealtimes, and the family gets somewhere safe to put them down that is not the floor.
When the child grows, the kit comes out and the same chair carries on with its standard components for years afterwards. That matters for funding conversations, because the chair keeps earning its place across a long stretch of the child’s growth.
