Some clients need temperature therapy in places a pad cannot reach. The Icare Hydrosense Head and Limb Wrap is a flexible wrap with an adjustable strap that can be fitted around the head, neck, an arm or a leg and circulates water from the Hydrosense unit.
It suits rehabilitation work, post operative recovery and everyday relief where consistent cooling or warmth is wanted over a smaller area. Because the wrap holds its set temperature for as long as the unit is running, the client is not interrupted to swap packs, which helps when the aim is a long, settled therapy session.
The adjustable strap lets a carer or the client fit it firmly without pressure, and the materials wipe clean between uses. It needs the Hydrosense unit to operate.
