Bed linen resting on the feet and lower legs is a real problem for clients with pressure injuries, ulcers, burns, oedema or neuropathic pain. This cradle lifts the covers clear so the weight comes off without leaving the person cold.
The base slips between the mattress and the bed base, so there is nothing to bolt on and nothing to assemble beyond the two part frame. It can be set at the foot of the bed or along the side depending on where the client needs the clearance, and the height is adjustable so you can lift the covers only as far as you need.
It is latex free, which matters for clients with sensitivities.
