The Welch Allyn Gold Series DS66 uses gear free DuraShock movement, so there is no gear train to knock out of alignment. The trigger style release valve is operated with one finger, which makes deflation rate easy to control while the clinician keeps a stethoscope in place and watches the dial. The face is laser engraved for a clear read in poor light.

This version comes with an adult cuff and a protective case, so it is ready to take out on the first visit.
