Clients who drive a power chair or run communication equipment with head movement need their switches held exactly where the head lands, every time. This flexible switch mount does that job: it bends to shape, holds the position you set, and carries the switch off the headrest, close to the head.
It suits tap switches and works well with proximity and fibre optic switches, where a small change in distance changes whether the switch fires. The shaft bends along its length, so you can fine tune the position in millimetres during a set up session and leave it there.
The marine grade aluminium shaft handles daily knocks and cleaning. Mounting tabs at both ends let you fix it to the headrest at one end and the switch at the other.
