Head position slips through the day for a lot of clients with low tone or fluctuating trunk control, and a headrest pad on its own does not always hold the head where it was set. A head strap works with the headrest to steady the head and keep it midline for eating, communicating and looking ahead.
This universal strap is built to suit a range of headrest hardware, so it can be added to a seating system already in service. It adjusts to the client and can be removed when it is not needed, which suits clients whose head control varies through the day or who only need the support for meals and transport.
Fitting is a clinical decision, so we would rather set it up with you than send it out blind.
