Some clients sit well back in the chair, and a tray mounted straight onto the armrest ends up behind the hands rather than under them. The Extenda-Arm is telescoping mounting hardware that fits beneath a standard padded or desk length wheelchair arm and carries the tray forward to where your client can actually reach it.
It is built from tubular steel for heavy daily use, and the deluxe version is reversible, so the same part serves a left or right setup and an equipment pool can hold fewer lines on the shelf. When the tray is off, the arm retracts back under the armrest overhang and stays clear during transfers.
