The knee-high padding extends the support in an xRover REHA down the length of the leg, so a client is held from the head right through to the feet. It works alongside the fixation insert and the central wedge, filling the gap along the lower legs where a smaller or low tone client would otherwise slide sideways.
Height is adjustable, which is useful for a child who is growing or for a client whose leg position changes through the day with fatigue or tone. You set it where it holds without pressing.
For the carer, better lower limb position usually means fewer stops to reposition, and a client who arrives at the other end still sitting the way you set them up.
