Showering a bariatric client safely usually means the shower has to come to them. This trolley gives a full length, water resistant surface wide enough for a larger person, with a height range that lets a carer work at a sensible standing height and then lower the trolley for transfers.
The top tilts slightly for drainage and the mattress has an integrated drain with a long flexible hose, so water runs away and does not pool under the client. Foldable powder coated stainless steel side rails with a safety release hold the person securely in transit and drop clear for side transfers. A central braking system locks all castors at once, and the front left castor can be locked in the direction of travel to make a loaded trolley easier to steer down a corridor.
