An umbrella that mounts to the Rollz Flex frame and shelters the person using it, leaving both hands free on the handles. For a client who needs the walker for balance, holding an umbrella is not an option, so wet weather usually means the outing is cancelled.
Mounting it on the frame keeps appointments, shopping trips and walks going through a Tasmanian winter, and it gives shade in summer for clients on medications that make them sun sensitive.
It attaches to the Flex and is removed when it is not needed, so the walker folds as normal.
